48 Hour Cancellation Policy (Private Lessons & Player’s Club)

• Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. This results in a lesson credit that must be rescheduled within the calendar month.
• Rescheduled lessons have a $15 reschedule fee. Any scheduled lessons cancelled in less than 48 hours will be charged the full rate. No exceptions.

Payment Policy (Private Lessons & Player’s Club)

• Lessons are paid on a month by month basis.
• All lessons must be paid the week prior to the start of the new month.
• Late payments will be assessed with a fee of $10 per week.
• A $15 fee (slot retainer) will be charged at time of scheduling to hold a time slot for a Scheduled Absence. This needs to be scheduled no later than the first week of the month.
• Any bounced checks will result in a $20 returned check fee.

Refunds/Credits

• RMI does not give refunds. However, we will give credits to be applied towards private lessons, classes and ensembles. Credits can be used at anytime, within a year of purchase.

Classes & Ensembles (75 minute classes, 10 weeks)

• Classes and ensembles are billed by the quarter with a tuition fee of $365.00 (materials included).
• There is a $45 early enrollment discount for class and ensemble tuition paid two weeks in advance (prior to the start of the quarter).
• There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. The instructor will provide handouts for any missed classes.
• Should one wish to withdraw within the first two weeks of the quarter, a prorated credit for private lessons will be issued (there will be no credits applied after the third week).

School Closures

• In the event that RMI cancels a lesson (Snow Day, Instructor is out sick, etc.) a makeup lesson will be scheduled at your convenience, in addition to your regularly scheduled lessons.
• Closure alerts will be posted on our homepage as well as our voicemail (425-614-4764).
